Multiple City of Lubbock employees have left the city because they were searching for something they shouldn't have. Porn. According to KFYO News:

During an inspection of internet logs, the City of Lubbock discovered that the computers and login ID’s of six employees were used to view indecent or obscene material.

The City of Lubbock’s employee policy states that “indecent or obscene material shall not be viewed or distributed.” It goes on to state that individual passwords shall not be shared, and the authorized user is responsible for actions done on their own account.

According to a press release from the City, six employees were implicated in the incidents. Five chose to resign or retire, and one employee is disputing the findings.

The City of Lubbock says that no City staff will be available for interviews due to the investigation.

Some out there want more details, including knowing the name of those employees that were caught. Should the City release those names even though no laws were broken? Let us know what you think in today's LFN Poll of the Day.
