Should Texas Lawmakers Pass Constitutional Carry? [POLL]

State Representative Jonathan Stickland of Bedford has filed House Bill 375 which, if passed, would allow Texans to openly carry a firearm with or without a permit. According to the Texas Tribune, Stickland believes that no Texan should be forced to take a course or pay a fee when exercising their 2nd Amendment rights. Democrats and anti-gun groups are opposed to the bill. If passed, Texas would become the 11th state with constitutional carry.
