Should City of Lubbock Employees Get Permission to Carry Handguns at Work? [POLL]

City Manager James Loomis wants employees of the City of Lubbock to get his permission to carry their handguns at work even if the employee has a concealed handgun license. Loomis is supported by Councilman Victor Hernandez, but Mayor Glen Robertson disagrees with Loomis.
