Friday on KFYO Mornings with Dave King and Matt Martin, The Lubbock County Sheriff Kelly Rowe joined Matt Martin and Matt Crow to talk about several issues in Lubbock County and beyond.

Sheriff Rowe discussed border security problems, disease coming across the border, Lubbock County staff numbers, traffic violations, what's going on in Austin with the legislation, decriminalization of marijuana, how to deal with and dispose of drugs in your family, and more.

When asked if he thought what's happening down at the border is a crisis situation, Rowe said, "Absolutely." He went on to explain that not much can be done unless congress changed something. He also explained that there is a lot of disease coming into America and how that is dealt with, and explained that the US-Mexico border is not the only border that people coming into the country through.
