Second Person Arrested In Relation To Drive-by Shooting
A second arrest has been made in relation to the drive-by shooting that happened on Friday, November 15th in Lubbock that left a 6-year-old boy in the hospital.
23-year-old Edward L Munoz was arrested on 5 unrelated warrants on Monday, November 18th, but the day after, investigators served Munoz with an aggravated assault warrant for his involvement in the shooting.
22-year-old Dezarey Ramos was arrested on Sunday, November 17th, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Both Ramos and Munoz are being held in the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond each.
The boy, 6-year-old Josiah Villarreal, is currently in stable condition.
