Wednesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Scott Braddock, editor of QuorumReport.com, joined the program to discuss the latest news from the state capitol, the winter storm and power outages that continue to devastate Texas.

While talking about actions that are being taken in Austin, Braddock said,

During that ERCOT conference call yesterday, I was told that several lawmakers were calling in from their cars because the power was out in their homes and they were having to charge their phones that way just so they could listen in to the call...This is a real world problem, and they're going to have to come up with some real world answers and solutions.
