Thursday on the evening edition of The Chad Hasty Show, Samuel Sheets, Policy Director of Americans For Prosperity Texas joined the show to talk about legislative priorities in the 87th Texas Legislature, and his organization's goals.

Sheets and Hasty discussed several issues, including the hot topic of taxpayer-funded lobbying. "Local governments already have lobbyists without having to spend millions of extra dollars. Those lobbyists are your state representatives, your state senators...We don't need a third party middle man," Sheets said.
