Ryan Ellis Breaks Down House Republican Obamacare Replacement Bill [INTERVIEW]

Tuesday on The Chad Hasty Show, tax expert, policy adviser and regular Forbes contributor Ryan Ellis joined Hasty to talk about the recent plan introduced by Republicans to replace the Affordable Care Act, also known as "Obamacare".

Ellis and Hasty discussed the plan, about which Ellis wrote an article at Forbes, including the issues of pre-existing and continuing coverage provisions in the plan, and the strategy for penalizing people who try to "game the system".

Summarizing the plan, Ellis said,

What's going to happen is we're going to have a market that works again. We're going to have premiums that don't spiral out of control, and we're going to have a market where people can actually buy quality, affordable health insurance for their family without having to take out a second mortgage on their house, which is what they have to do today.
