Ruidoso Downs Readies for Upcoming Season

Ruidoso Downs opened their track for horses to train for the upcoming season on Friday.

Training races will be open May 4-6; the season begins May 22.

Ruidoso Downs is closing out the season with a Grad 1 $3 million All American Futurity race on Labor Day, the largest purse for a 2-year-old horse race in the world. The winner will take home $1.5 million.
