Rep. Neugebauer: We Are Living a Lifestyle We Can’t Support

According to recent reports, almost half of American households receive government benefits.  On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Rep. Randy Neugebauer had this reaction.

“That’s a real problem,” Neugebauer said.  “Instead of a nation of empowerment, we’re becoming a nation of entitlement.  That’s what’s going to make getting back to a balanced budget more difficult.  More and more people every day are depending on the federal government.”

Neugebauer said we are living a lifestyle we can’t support.
