Dustin Burrows Shares Update On Taxpayer-Funded Lobbying Ban

Monday on The Chad Hasty Show, District 83 Representative Dustin Burrows joined the broadcast to share an update from the start of the 87th Texas Legislature, now underway in Austin, and to talk about possible legislation to ban taxpayer-funded lobbying, as well as the proposed extension of Interstate 27.

While talking about the contentious issue of banning taxpayer-funded lobbying, Burrows said,

It's one of those things that I think that when most people really see what's behind the curtain, they find it offensive that their tax dollars are being taken to wine and dine legislators and try to kill mostly conservative issues that they care about.
