Red Raiders are National Champs — See Fine Print — It’s About Meat

No.  This story is not about the football team.  It’s about the Texas Tech meat judging team.  The team came in first place at the American Meat Science Association’s International Meat Judging Contest.

The competition was held in Nebraska.  How good was the meat judging team?  Professor Mark Miller said the team’s effort resulted in one of the most consistent finishes he has ever seen in a meat judging

contest.
