Wednesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Randy Jordan joined guest host Paul R. Beane in the KFYO studio to share an update on the Lubbock County Expo Center.

Jordan and Beene talked about the financial aspects of the center and where it stands now, with the coronavirus crisis having altering the expected revenue inbound for the project.

While speaking about the reduced revenue collected for the center, and how that has affected progress on the facility, Jordan said,

The Expo Center is being impacted just like every other business in Lubbock...What we've done here is we've just slowed down that aspect of the Expo Center, and [are] working through designing, planning, schematics, getting all of that laid in place and getting all of that done, so that when this economy does come back, and when we do begin to see these numbers improve, we'll be ready to go.
