
UPDATED: One Person is Dead Following a Drive-by Shooting Sunday Evening in East Lubbock

Lubbock Police have released the identity of the man killed in the drive-by shooting Sunday night.
When officers arrived, the victim, identified as 23 year-old Lashundrick McBrewer, suffered multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspects have been named in the case, so authorities are asking anyone with information on this incident to call Crime Line at 806-741-1000 or Investigator Brian Thieme at 806-300-9858.
Information leading to an arrest may reward the persons $5,000.
ORIGINAL STORY
One person is dead after an East Lubbock drive-by shooting on Sunday, September 12th.
The Lubbock Police Department responded to the shooting just before 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of East Colgate Street and North Zenith Avenue.
As of this time, no arrests have been made and the identity of the deceased individual has not been released. An investigation into this incident is ongoing.
