Just when you think we've gotten rid of them, they're back...

About 300 members of the Occupy Wall Street movement have returned to Zuccotti Park. Less than 3 months ago, the New York Police Department cleared out the park and placed barricades up around the park. Tuesday night, the barricades came down because "officials felt they were no longer necessary." The protesters are not back "occupying" the park, but they are still forbidden from setting up tents and sleeping in the park.

By the way, apparently one of the protesters tweeted, "...unless we do something stupid, the park will remain open." If that's the case, I suspect they'll be kicked out of the park (again) within the next few days.
