Lubbock police have identified one suspect in the murder of 22-year-old Henry Anderson, who died from a gunshot wound after his friends flagged down paramedics. Detectives believe Isaias Cabello, the suspect, fled to Colorado, Nebraska or South Dakota.

Anderson was one of two shot the evening of Thursday, December 3, 2015 and was being transported to a local hospital in a friend’s Ford F-150 when they flagged down an ambulance at 34th St and Indiana Ave. Police say both vehicles stopped in the 3300 block of 33rd St, where Anderson died during treatment.

Detectives believe the shooting took place in the 2000 block of Cedar Ave.

Cabello, 27, is described as a Hispanic male standing 5’8” tall, weighing 150 lbs. with brown hair and eyes. He drives a 2014 Black Chevy Silverado crew-cab pickup with the license plate 006GUJ.

Police ask anyone with information on Cabello’s whereabouts to contact them by calling Crime Line at 741-1000.
