
Texas DPS Names Featured Fugitive for September With $6,000 Reward
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has highlighted a new feature fugitive for September. The fugitive, a wanted criminal illegal immigrant, is wanted for a variety of charges, including aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault.

A violent felon from Honduras on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrant list is now under the spotlight as the featured fugitive for the month of September.

33-year-old Robert Bustrillo-Vasquiez has been wanted out of Bexar County since August 11, 2025, a release from Texas DPS states.
Texas DPS is asking the public to assist in locating this fugitive, offering a $6,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of Robert Bustrillo-Vasquiez.
He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 155 pounds. He is known to have ties to San Antonio and Austin.
Bustrillo-Vasquiez is wanted for aggravated kidnapping bodily injury/sexual abuse, aggravated sexual assault and smuggling of persons.
His criminal history also includes a previous removal from the U.S. back in 2010 and most recently in 2018, but has illegally reentered the country each time. He previously served time in federal prison for his reentry of a deported illegal immigrant.
The 33-year-old was also arrested in Austin multiple times in 2013 and 2014 for assault.
How to Get the $6,000 Cash Reward in Texas
If you have any information that could lead to the arrest of Robert Bustrillo-Vasquiez, you can submit an anonymous tip online through the Texas Crime Stoppers homepage of the Office of the Texas Governor website.
You must submit a tip through one of three ways in order to be eligible for the $6,000 cash reward:

- Submit an anonymous tip through the Texas Most Wanted Facebook page
- Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477)
