Tuesday on Lubbock's First News, Mark Heinrich, the current County Commissioner for Precinct 2, discussed his re-election campaign.

Heinrich has held the position since 2006. He has worked to balance the budget and to make cuts, in order to return the money to the community. He said, "I felt we needed to give the money back to the people because its the people's money." He has also worked with the area to construct a law enforcement center. Heinrich spoke about his 5-year strategic plan to widen county roads.
