A man was apprehended by Lubbock Police after resisting arrest and acting aggressive with officers.
Officers were called for reports for a domestic disturbance just before 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9th, in the 1900 block of 42nd Street. Upon arrival, one of the officers recognized the suspect, identified as Christopher Gorostiza.
Gorostiza allegedly got into a verbal altercation with the officer and later attempted to charge him, but stopped. The officer noticed Gorostiza was holding a metal mask with sharp, pointed edges.
