Lubbock’s Mugshot Monday: 73 Arrests Made in Just Two Weeks

Many of you have been wondering what happened last week to your weekly mugshots and we simply took a vacation like the rest of you during Labor Day but we are back. This time we have bunch of mugshots to share but first here a few things you might've missed on our websites.

Fall Hunting

Everything is bigger in Texas and that means we even rank high in death by animals compared to other states in the U.S.. There are actually quite a few on that list that could give you a run for your money and some that will just creep into your life, for however long they choose to keep you alive. While Texas has high ranking animal deaths we also have hunting and some people have a very important question when it comes to this activity. Is it legal to drink while out hunting? The answer is...right here, yes you will have to read about it but I was very intrigued to find out some interesting facts.

There's No Place Like Home

While I wasn't writing mugshots last week I was out in Austin and let me tell you, I missed Lubbock. One thing I missed the most was the driver's because Lubbock driver's are basically something out of a 1940's television show when compared to other places I have visited. While I did miss the driver's Austin does seem to have a foothold on unique restaurants, one that had a particular vibe that I loved. This restaurant was called P. Terry's and it has 1950's vibe with a small menu that made ordering so easy. I personally think that Lubbock needs one of these small vintage-style places.

These 73 mugshots are of individuals arrested and booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center during the two weeks of August 28 - September 10, 2023. The individuals charged should be presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. All arrestees featured below are those charged with a felony offense. A felony offense is classified by the severity of punishment, ranging from the low level state jail felony all the way to a capital felony. Also featured are any individuals who were held on a Fugitive Warrant or Detainer, a United States Marshall Remand, or Immigration Customs Enforcement Detainer.
