Lubbock Police Searching For Murder Suspect

Lubbock Police are searching for 26-year-old Anthony Resendez, who is wanted for the murder of 43-year-old Mederrick Harper.

Resendez, pictured above, is a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands at 5'5" and weighs around 125 pounds.

The original incident happened on Thursday, July 9th just before midnight.

Lubbock Police responded to a shots fired call at 42nd Street and Avenue Q and found 43-year-old Mederrick Harper in serious condition. Harper was transported to University Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
