Lubbock Police Respond to Shots Fired in South Lubbock

Lubbock Police are reporting shots were fired Monday afternoon in South Lubbock.

Police say just before 2:30 p.m. multiple gunshots were reported in the 9000 block of Avenue P. One person was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
