Lubbock Police Respond To Shooting At The Executive Inn

Lubbock Police now confirm that two individuals suffered serious injuries in the shooting at the Executive Inn on Tuesday. Both were transported to University Medical Center. At this time, Lubbock Police say there is no threat to the public.

Lubbock Police have responded to a shooting reportedly at the Executive Inn on Tuesday afternoon.

According to KAMC, Lubbock Police were called to 4401 Avenue Q for reports of a shooting. Lubbock Police have said one person was seriously injured. According to reports, no arrests have been made yet and the investigation is on-going.

Since 2021, there have been several instances of shootings and criminal activity reported at the Executive Inn. In 2021, 3 were arrested for armed robbery at the Executive Inn. In 2022, SWAT was called to the motel. And last year police responded to a shooting.

This is a developing story. KFYO will update this story once more is known.
