Lubbock Police Locate Missing Levelland Teen Desiree Yates

Lubbock Police have found a missing Levelland teenager.

Sixteen-year-old Desiree Yates had gone missing on Thursday, January 9^th when she left her school bus.

Yates was located at the Dollar General store at 50^th Street and Avenue Q in Lubbock on Friday morning. She had called her mother from the store.

The girl is reportedly unharmed, but will be examined at an area hospital before going back to Child Protective Services.
