Lubbock Police Investigating Fatal Motorcycle Accident

Crash investigators with Lubbock Police are investigating a motorcycle accident that happened back on August 28th.

It happened just before 8:45 p.m. in the 6600 block of Quaker Avenue.

It appears that 52-year-old Daniel Lozano was riding his motorcycle in the southbound lanes of Quaker when a Ford F-150, traveling in the opposite direction, turned left and collided with Lozano.

Lozano was transported to University Medical Center with severe injuries and was pronounced dead on September 10th.

This accident is under further investigation.
