Friday on Lubbock's First News, Gerald Dolter of Lubbock Moonlight Musicals spoke about their upcoming production of Little Shop of Horrors.

Little Shop of Horrors is a dinner theater production that will run April 11-12, 18-19, and a 2 p.m. show-only matinee on April 13. It will be held at the Icehouse Theater. Doors open at 6, dinner begins at 6:30 and the show begins at 7:30. There will also be a cash bar. If one is interested in buying tickets to the show without dinner, these can also be purchased online at Select-A-Seat. Dinner and show tickets are $45 or $60 and $17 for a ticket without dinner.

The production tells the story about a man who discovers a man-eating plant and his crush on a co-worker. His discovery makes him famous, leading to complications. Dolter said, "If you want to see a plant eat a bunch of people" you may want to come see this show. He suggested. "It's the best dinner theater I think that we've done."
