A Lubbock man has admitted to stealing guns from a federally licensed dealer to sell and pay for marijuana, according to court records.

KAMC News reports that police were initially called to Cash America Pawn in the 1500 block of 50th Street back in July when a burglary alarm went off. Surveillance video led police to 20-year-old Zachary Nicholas Gonzales (pictured above), who was arrested just a few days after the burglary.

Gonzales was found with 1 of 14 guns that were stolen from the stop. He later admitted to stealing all 14 of them.

If a judge accepts the plea deal, Gonzales will be sentenced to no more than 10 years in prison.
