Lubbock Josie’s Restaurant Robbed at Gunpoint Tuesday Night

An armed robbery occurred at the Josie’s location off 34th Street and Avenue Q on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021.
The Lubbock Police Department said the incident occurred just before 10 p.m. Tuesday night. The suspect took the entire register during the robbery and later employees found components of the register in a dumpster near the establishment.
The suspect is described as a 20 to 30-year-old male, possibly Hispanic, and was last seen wearing a red face rag, blue jeans, a black sweater, white Nikes, and was carrying a 9mm pistol.
