LPD Still Asking For Assistance Locating Persons of Interest

The Metro Special Crimes Unit is still asking for the public's assistance in locating 2 people believed to be involved in the shooting death of Ronald Sepeda back on January 10th.

Officers responded at around 6 p.m. that day to a civil disturbance in the 1500 block of 25th Street. It was determined later that 31-year-old Calvin Joe Brown Jr. had moved Sepeda's body to an underground cellar. He was arrested for Tampering with a Corpse.

Arthur Swain, pictured above, is a 54-year-old black male with black hair, brown eyes, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing around 160 pounds.

41-year-old Katika Sharron Wilson is a black female with black hair, brown eyes, standing at 5'4" and weighing around 200 pounds.
