Miss Texas Outstanding Teen Kassidy Brown Talks Underage Drinking [VIDEO]

Kassidy Brown, Miss Texas Outstanding Teen, joined Lubbock's First News with Tom Collins and Laura Mac to talk about the Miss Texas system.

Brown, who is from Lufkin, Texas is visiting locations in the state, and will later today  be at Lubbock Cooper High School to talk to a couple of groups there about her platform, which is about underage drinking.

Brown described her experience with the Miss Texas system, and her goals with her platform. She also talked about scholarships available in the Miss Texas program.
