Dr. Benjamin Powell on Judge Napolitano’s Lubbock Visit, U.S. Economic Freedom

On Wednesday's edition of The Chad Hasty Show, Dr. Benjamin Powell of the Free Market Institute at Texas Tech University joined Chad to talk about Fox News contributor Judge Andrew Napolitano speaking at Texas Tech University on Thursday, October 16, 2014.

Napolitano will be speaking on the topic: "Do We Still Have a Constitution in the United States?"

The presentation will be held at the Allen Theater at Texas Tech University and is free to the public. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m., and Napolitano will take the stage at 5:30 p.m.

A question and answer session will take place following Napolitano's presentation.

Dr. Powell also discussed how far the United States is behind other countries in ranking of economic freedom.

We're not the beacon of economic freedom that we used to be here in the United States, and unfortunately a lot of it's been the erosion of our property rights here.
