James Arnold Summarizes Area And State Economies

Friday on The Chad Hasty Show, James Arnold, President of Lubbock's American Bank of Commerce joined the program to talk about the condition of the local area economy.

Arnold and Hasty talked about downtown Lubbock, hotels, the housing and construction markets, interest rates, agriculture, auto sales and more.

While speaking about the home real estate markets, Arnold said,

The median home price in Lubbock continues to be around two hundred [thousand dollars], and there's a lot of volume in that below three hundred thousand dollar mark, and there's a lot of homes being sold in that area.
