Another weekend means more last-minute plans. Let’s jump in and see what Lubbock has to offer this time!

Friday:

There are a few good options for things to do today in Lubbock. Specifically for both plant and movie lovers.

Booker T Washington Community Garden is hosting its monthly Roots Urban Growers Market. There you can shop for locally grown produce. There will also be music, painting, and more. Movie lovers can head to Stars and Stripes for their double features, or Copper Rawlings for their Lights, Camera, Action Movie Night.

If neither of those are your vibe, you can also check out Do Portugal Circus at the South Plains Mall, Trolly Tours at the National Ranching Heritage Center, or Botanical Bar Terrarium Time at Little Red Riding Hood Nursery.

Saturday:

This Saturday, you can also check out the Do Portugal Circus, or some of the other fun events.

Club Luxor and Texas Terror-Con are hosting Terror Prom starting at 9:00 p.m. There will also be Water & Paint Wars at Groves Branch Library, and Brews and Brunch at Two Docs Brewing Co. That event will start at 10:00 a.m. and go till 2:00 p.m. Lastly, you can learn to Merengue at the YWCA Sun ‘n Fun with Social Dance Lubbock.

Sunday:

Sunday features Little Woodrow’s Dog Days of Summer, Wagner Park’s Concert in the Park, and Sunday Funday at the Cotton Court Hotel. This is also the last day to catch Do Portugal Circus.
