Lubbock’s Parade of Homes just concluded, and it had me thinking about homes that were featured in the past. This event is a great opportunity to see what is going on in Lubbock real estate and take a look inside some stunning homes.

I remembered one home in particular that was featured in the 2023 Parade of Homes that I thought was so beautiful. It is a European style home with a beautiful mix of both old and new charm.

From stunning wood details throughout the home, lovely stonework both inside and outside, well-thought-out landscaping, and all of the small details that really make this home unique, it is an amazing home.

If I had the money for its $1,395,000 price tag, I would love to buy is myself.

What I’m confused about is how it has been sitting on the market for the past year, 364 days to be exact, without a buyer?

It is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home sitting at 4,209 square feet on a 6,899 square foot lot. It was built in 2023, has an HOA with a monthly fee of $83, and has a three car garage.

The house is two stories, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting the two upstairs bathrooms, a 48” range in the kitchen alongside an oversized island and a butler’s pantry with a second sink. There is also an outdoor kitchen, zero-edge pool, and firepit for entertaining.
