Last night President Obama delivered his sixth State of the Union Address. Before the speech was given, the public already knew most of his proposals. As with other State of the Union speeches, the President also likely knew that most of his proposals were dead right out of the gate. Viewership of the State of the Union continues to decline as fewer people are interested in what is said.
