Houston Man Accepts Plea Deal for Trafficking Meth to Lubbock
A Houston man accepted a plea agreement for trafficking meth to Lubbock.
KAMC News reports, a DPS trooper pulled over 37 year-old Ivan Cruz-Martinez for a traffic violation near Hamlin. During the stop, the trooper found over 1,800 grams of meth in the car.
Federal investigators state Cruz-Martinez was trafficking meth with Zacarias Blanco-Olea, who also accepted a plea deal this week involving drug trafficking.
If the judge accepts the plea deal, Cruz-Martinez will be sentenced to at least 10 years in federal prison.
