Hospice of Lubbock in Need of Volunteers

Hospice of Lubbock is in need of Direct Patient Volunteers.

In order to be certified as a Direct Patient Volunteer, you must complete 16 hours of training offered by Hospice of Lubbock staff.

The training is required to prepare volunteers for the valuable end-of-life time with patients and families.

Training dates and times are as follows:

6 - 10 p.m., January 29

8 a.m. - 4 p.m., January 30

1 - 5 p.m., January 31

All training will be completed in the Hospice of Lubbock conference room located at 3702 21^st St. in the Louisville Place Building.

All 16 hours must be fulfilled in order for volunteers to be certified.
