
Hospice of Lubbock in Need of Volunteers
Hospice of Lubbock is in need of Direct Patient Volunteers.
In order to be certified as a Direct Patient Volunteer, you must complete 16 hours of training offered by Hospice of Lubbock staff.
The training is required to prepare volunteers for the valuable end-of-life time with patients and families.
Training dates and times are as follows:
6 - 10 p.m., January 29
8 a.m. - 4 p.m., January 30
1 - 5 p.m., January 31
All training will be completed in the Hospice of Lubbock conference room located at 3702 21st St. in the Louisville Place Building.
All 16 hours must be fulfilled in order for volunteers to be certified.
