Four Lubbock Men Indicted for Child Pornography on the Same Day
Four men from the Lubbock area were indicted on multiple federal child pornography charges on the same day: Wednesday December 14th.
20-year-old Osbaldo Moreno was charged with Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography, Production and Attempted Production of Child Pornography and Enticement and Attempted Enticement of a Minor.
KAMC News reports that he was arrested after he bragged to co-workers about engaging in sexual intercourse with a girl that was only 16-years-old. When asked about it, Moreno told officials that the girl was 19 and that they were dating. However, later that same day Moreno said he wasn't in a relationship with the teen, but was communicating with her regularly.
After consenting to a search of his cell phone, investigators found almost 100 explicit pictures and 5 videos of the teen. On a second phone, investigators found 50 more pictures and 4 more videos.
Kutter Webb was charged with Possession of Child Pornography Involving a Prepubescent Minor and Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography.
