15 People Arrested in Lubbock in 3-Day Prostitution Operation

The Lubbock Police Department, over the course of a 3-day prostitution operation, arrested 15 people for solicitation prostitution.

With the assistance from the Department of Public Safety's Criminal Division, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and Homeland Security, the department arrested 15 people at local hotels on Avenue Q.
