Economic Competitiveness Versus The ‘Bathroom Bill’ – Still An Issue In Texas [INTERVIEW]
Monday on The Chad Hasty Show, political analyst and Washington Times columnist Matt Mackowiak joined Chad to discuss the latest from the state of Texas, including the ongoing conflicts between Speaker of the House Joe Straus and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick.
Mackowiak and Hasty talked about the still controversial bathroom bill, as well as school choice and more.
"I think if you dig a little deeper, this is possibly an effort to perhaps use a sort of a backdoor way to go after the 'bathroom bill', and to start to make arguments against the 'bathroom bill' to say, the 'bathroom bill' would have made us less economically competitive," Mackowiak said while talking about the lingering pro and con aspects of the storied issue.
