Talk about a pain in the butt. A man was recently stopped trying to enter the U.S. by Texas border agents after a drug-sniffing dog smelt some special cargo stowed away where the sun don't shine.

Getting to the Bottom of Things Along the Texas Border

A 47-year-old U.S. citizen was stopped while trying to smuggle illicit drugs across the border from Mexico. His choice of method was... not for the faint of heart. You see, the man figured that if he stowed the drugs IN his person rather than on his person, he'd get away Scott free.

I hate to spoil the story, but no, he did not get away with his bold plan. Instead, a drug-sniffing dog who's job it was to screen all incoming pedestrians from Mexico at the El Paso Port of Entry stopped him from progressing.

At a little after one in the morning, the man was sent to further inspection where officers found a small amount of meth wrapped in tinfoil that he was carrying. What border agents were NOT expecting to see was three more bundles neatly tucked in the man's rectum.

Bend Over and Count to Three

He ended up spilling the beans to the cops during inspection, telling them that he held a secret in his backside. Medical staff then went to work, discovering a total of three bundles filled with white powder inside the man.

After eight hours, the man successfully passed all three bundles from his you-know-where. After testing, the substance was confirmed to be fentanyl powder.

The 47-year-old was then arrested by Homeland Security and faced federal charges. A valiant effort, my friend, but not quite good enough.
