Deadline Extended for Junior Ambassador Program

The deadline for the City of Lubbock Junior Ambassador Goodwill Program application deadline has been extended until February 24^th. The program will take a group of Lubbock students to Musashino City, Japan in June.

The city is Lubbock’s sister city. Students in the 7^th, 8^th and 9^th grades can apply by turning in three reference letters and a one page essay on why they wish to go on the trip. Submit applications to Sarah Hensley at P. O. Box 2000 Lubbock Tx 79457 or in person at the Lubbock Municipal Building at 1625 13^th street.
