City of Lubbock Offices to Close For Fourth of July Holiday

City of Lubbock offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4^th in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

There will be no trash collection on Thursday, and the regularly scheduled collection will be moved to Wednesday. Residents with trash cart collection will have pickup on Friday morning.

The City of Lubbock drop-off recycling and citizen collection stations at 1631 84^th Street and 208 Municipal Drive will be closed Thursday.

Also, the West Texas Region Disposal Facility and the Caliche Canyon Landfill will be closed Thursday as well.

As always, emergency services will continue without interruption.
