A child was injured, as well as two other individuals in separate traffic accidents over the past 24 hours.
Two people were injured after a crash on Friday, October 29th in Southwest Lubbock.
Lubbock police officers responded just after 1:30 a.m. to the wreck near 50th Street and Quaker Avenue.
Upon arrival, one person was taken to University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, and another refused treatment.
A child was struck by a vehicle on Thursday, October 28th in East Lubbock.
Lubbock Police say the incident occurred just before 5 p.m. at East 28th Street and MLK Jr. Boulevard, near Ervin Elementary School.
The child was reported to have moderate injuries but no other information was given.
