Chez Sami Makes Two Major Announcements About Its New Lubbock Location

Great news for those who have been looking forward to the opening of the new Downtown Lubbock location of Chez Sami, plus a second great announcement from Chez Sami that came out on Monday has people excited.

Chez Sami first announced that the new Downtown Lubbock location is just 2 to 3 weeks away from opening. According to a Facebook post made on Monday, Chez Sami will open first as a "pop-up" restaurant only serving dinner. But, in the next quarter when they get their beer and wine licenses they will also begin serving lunch.

The second announcement that was made on Facebook on Monday was that the Tamale Lady would be operating as a ghost kitchen at the new location.

That's not all! The beloved Tamale Lady will also be joining us in this new venture. Operating out of a ghost kitchen and serving her mouthwatering tamales from our Tamale Lady Food Trailer downtown, we're bringing you the best breakfast and lunch options that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.

And for those who have been wondering about the original location of Chez Sami in Wolfforth, owner and Chef Jon Walter says the plan is to keep the Wolfforth location open as long as people continue to support that location.

Personally, I can't wait until the new location of Chez Sami opens. The Wolfforth location has been one of my favorite restaurants in Lubbock or Wolfforth. The food has always been fantastic and the service is great as well. If you haven't tried the French cuisine from Chef Jon Walter, you a truly missing out on a great experience. I'm looking forward to reserving a table in Downtown Lubbock any day now.
