Chad’s Morning Brief: Water Gun Fight Shows Lack of Respect for Lubbock Police [Watch]

What should have been a friendly neighborhood water gun and water balloon fight to beat the heat turned into a sad example of lack of respect for authority.

Too many are dismissing what happened in Lubbock on Saturday as "kids being kids" or not a big deal because it was only water involved. In reality, it showed how too many young people lack respect for police and lack respect for authority. And all this comes as the Lubbock Police Department wants to do community policing.
