President Donald Trump is taking the PR battle to the people. On Day 18 of the partial government shutdown the President is expected to address the nation to discuss the crisis on the southern border. Congressional Democrats don't want the President to have the money to build a wall or barrier so now the President is thinking about declaring an emergency. I share my thoughts on that move in the video above.
