Chad’s Morning Brief: Sales Tax Swap Will Be Key Issue For Texas Republicans in 2020
The sales tax swap idea is not dead. It's just been postponed. By postponing the issue though until 2021 though, the Republicans now have a huge campaign issue to deal with. And not only in a general election, but in potential Republican primaries across the state. My thoughts above.
