Chad’s Morning Brief: Is School Choice Coming To Texas?
Texas' Governor and Lt. Governor both want school choice in Texas, but the House could stand in the way. Not even all Republicans are on board with vouchers or education savings accounts. In my opinion, those who favor school choice will get closer this year, but they won't cross the finish line.
