Chad’s Morning Brief: Is O’Rourke Running Scared? [WATCH]
Beto O'Rourke and Senator Ted Cruz were supposed to debate this past Sunday (September 30) but it didn't happen. After the Cruz camp initially called to put the debate off due to possible votes on Brett Kavanaugh, they called the next day to say the debate was on. The O'Rourke campaign declined to hold the debate though. Why? Could it be because the campaign is running scared? My thoughts above.
